How does delivery with DPD France work?

Once DPD France picks up your parcel, you’ll receive a notification with the estimated delivery date. The courier will then send you a delivery notice by email and SMS with the exact time slot. We recommend confirming your availability, as the parcel can only be handed over to the recipient. Otherwise, the courier will consider you absent.

What if I’m not home?

If you’re not available when the courier arrives, you’ll get an SMS and an email giving you the option to:

  • Reschedule the delivery for a date that works for you.
  • Pick up your parcel at a DPD France service point.
